You have to buy them. I believe they are mixed with Avatars.

I have no clue. It appeared when I put a sig into my profile... I seem to be the only one who has a sig space :S

I like your sig, its really cool! Anywho, the avvie- $100 sig- $210 custom title- $250 Username Bold- $426 Username Italic- $360 Username Colored (what I'm getting once I get sig)- $500 Custom Stars- $1000 per star. You can sell them for less
